At Hexa Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality, practical education in AI-powered WordPress design. We want you to feel confident in your investment. If you feel the course isn’t the right fit for you after the first session, we offer a straightforward refund process.

1. The “First Session” Guarantee

We understand that choosing the right course is a big decision. To give you peace of mind:

  • You are eligible for a full refund (minus administrative/bank charges) if the request is made within 48 hours after the first session of the course.
  • This allows you to experience our teaching style and curriculum firsthand before fully committing.

2. Administrative & Transaction Fees

Please note that while Hexa Academy refunds the tuition fee, the following non-refundable charges will be deducted from the total amount:

  • Bank/Transaction Fees: Any fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer fees).
  • Processing Fee: A nominal administrative fee to cover registration overheads.

3. Eligibility & Deadlines

To ensure the smooth operation of our batches, the following rules apply:

  • After 48 Hours: Refund requests made more than 48 hours after the first session will not be entertained.
  • Second Session: Once the second session of the course has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Discounted Seats: If you registered under a limited-time promotional offer (e.g., the 15k PKR discount), the same 48-hour window applies.

4. Course Transfers

If you cannot attend the batch you registered for due to an emergency, but still wish to learn with us, we offer a one-time transfer option:

  • You may request to move your seat to the next upcoming batch instead of a refund.
  • Transfer requests must be made before the third session of your current batch.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us: Send an email to refunds@hexaacademy.pk (or your specific contact email).
  2. Include Details: Provide your full name, registered phone number, and proof of payment (screenshot of the receipt).
  3. Reason for Withdrawal: While not mandatory, we appreciate brief feedback on why you are leaving so we can improve our services.
  4. WhatsApp Us: Also send these things to our WhatsApp number.

6. Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Account) within 7 to 10 working days.

Note: Hexa Academy reserves the right to update this policy. Any changes will be communicated to registered students via email or the official WhatsApp group.
