Welcome to Hexa Academy. These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment and participation in our educational programs. By registering for any course, you agree to be bound by the following:

1. Enrollment and Accuracy

By enrolling, you represent that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Hexa Academy reserves the right to cancel any enrollment found to be based on fraudulent or misleading information.

2. Payment and Fees

• Course Fees: All fees must be paid in full (or as per an agreed installment plan) to secure your seat.
• Discounted Rates: Promotional prices or “Early Bird” discounts are final and subject to the specific deadlines mentioned at the time of the offer.
• Transaction Charges: Any bank charges, payment gateway fees (EasyPaisa/JazzCash), or currency conversion fees are the sole responsibility of the student.

3. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy

All course materials—including live session recordings, curriculum, presentations, templates, and proprietary prompts—are the exclusive property of Hexa Academy.

• Access Only: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the materials for personal educational use.
• Strict No-Download Policy: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, capturing, or screen-recording any content. All recordings are for “streaming/viewing” only.
• No Commercial Use: You may not resell, redistribute, or use our curriculum to start a competing course.
• Legal Consequences: Any violation of these rights will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.

4. Course Delivery and Access

• Access Channels: Course content and recordings will be delivered via Hexa Academy’s authorized channels (which may include direct links, email, or a digital portal).
• Future Updates: Hexa Academy reserves the right to transition to a Learning Management System (LMS) at any time. Your access will be migrated accordingly.
• Access Duration: Access to recordings is provided for a limited time (as specified in your course welcome kit), after which access may be revoked.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• The 48-Hour Window: Students are eligible for a full refund (minus administrative/bank charges) only if the request is submitted via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours after the first session of the course.
• No Refunds: No refund requests will be entertained after the 48-hour window or once the second session of the course has commenced.
• Non-Attendance: Failure to attend live sessions does not entitle a student to a refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties (No Guarantee of Results)

• Hexa Academy provides high-level skills training. However, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, job placements, or freelance earnings.
• Your success is dependent on your own effort, application of the skills, and current market conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Third-Party Tools: Courses may involve the use of external software, AI tools, or platforms. Hexa Academy is not liable for changes in pricing, availability, or policies of these third-party providers.
• Technical Issues: Hexa Academy is not responsible for any technical issues on the student’s end, including hardware failure or local internet connectivity problems.

8. Force Majeure & Schedule Changes

• Hexa Academy reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to instructor emergencies or technical failures.
• In the event of nationwide internet shutdowns, power outages, or other “Force Majeure” events in Pakistan, classes will be postponed and rescheduled. No refunds are issued for such delays.

9. Student Conduct & Community Guidelines

• Professionalism: Students must maintain professional decorum in all live sessions and community groups (WhatsApp/Discord/Facebook).
• Anti-Poaching: You are prohibited from using Hexa Academy platforms to promote external services, recruit students for other projects, or “spam” the community.
• Expulsion: Hexa Academy reserves the right to remove any student who violates these conduct rules without a refund.

10. Termination and Suspension of Access

Hexa Academy reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access to course materials and platforms if a student:

• Payment Defaults: Fails to clear outstanding fees or has overdue installments.
• Conduct Violations: Engages in misbehavior or breaches our established professional conduct rules.
• Content Piracy: Is found sharing, reselling, or redistributing proprietary academy content.
• Community Disturbance: Abuses, harasses, or disrupts the learning environment for other students.

11. Privacy & Marketing Consent

• Data Protection: Your personal data will be used only for course administration and will not be sold to third parties.
• Promotional Material: By joining, you grant Hexa Academy permission to use your feedback, project screenshots, and success stories for marketing purposes across our digital platforms.
• Operational Recordkeeping: You acknowledge that communication logs, including WhatsApp, email, and LMS support history, may be stored for administrative and operational purposes.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hexa Academy and its instructors from any claims, losses, or legal expenses resulting from your breach of these terms or your use of course materials in a way that violates third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
